Scientology and "Silent Birth"

CTV.ca had a good article setting the record straight on the subject of what Scientologists believe regarding Silent Birth

Pat Felske of the Church of Scientology of Toronto put the subject in perspective, saying ""Silent birth is all about providing a very quiet, calm environment for both the mother and the baby."

According to the article, Pat Felske, a spokesperson for the Church of Scientology of Toronto, has had four children with the silent birth method.

People have bought into the idea that psychiatrists can tell whether or not we have "chemical imbalances" in the brain. These are not determined by lab tests, but by looking at symptoms. All the symptoms are behavioral or subjective to the patient.

There are some really interesting articles on the subject now.

War Of The Worlds

Waroftheworlds

I've seen the War Of The Worlds! This movie is one of the best made movies I've ever seen. I can tell that the professionals involved gave their 110% in making it. My daughter and I decided if we tell any morsel of the moive that it may ruin it for those who haven't seen it. It's just so good, you must see every part of it yourself. I didn't consider it a "scary movie" as I'd heard before seeing it. I consider it an action packed, thrill
ride through a story that gets and keeps your senses moving and keeps you so interested I saw bodies forward in their chairs. I also noted it was the quitest audience I'd ever encountered except at the end when the aplaude thundered.

Great movie!

Spider Man 2

Yesterday was the opening of the Spider Man 2 movie. My daughters and I gathered up several teens who wanted to go and set the time for 7:15 P.M. I purchased all the tickets on line to insure we'd get in. The whole upper level was already packed by 6:30!

This movie is great to say the least. The audience clapped several times throughout the movie it was so good and at the end. It should be seen on a big screen to get the full on effects of the movie. And the story line is really great and keeps the interest high. The humor of Spider man is really subtle and very sweet and so is his co star's. I highly recommend it
to anyone.

After wards we went to a restuarant and had desert etc. This was great because the children talked about the movie which led
to books they've read. I find seeing a movie such as this one, really helps lead to intelligent conversations and healthier minds.

Jenna

Introduction

My name is Jenna. I live in Clearwater Florida with my
two daughters Caitlin and Haley ages 14 & 16 years old.

I'm having a lot of fun with my daughters and always
have really. We spend a lot of time together and like
some of the same things, movies, music etc. They do go
out with their friends and sometimes they have me
go along to movies especially.

Using the Scientology tools on how to live with children has
made the difference for us. I don't think we'd be this happy had we done otherwise.
